Fitness Assessment

Torrie Chizek, HCMH’s personal trainer, will perform a comprehensive fitness evaluation and develop a customized workout program specific to your needs.

The fitness assessment is a valuable tool when evaluating and designing your exercise program. Your personal trainer will use your results to identify your current fitness level and determine your exercise focus. A variety of health and fitness categories will be assessed, including:Torrie Chizek

HCMH Personal Trainer, Torrie Chizek holds a Master’s in Health Education, is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Physical Therapist Assistant.
