Partner Training
Want to combine the benefits of a workout partner with the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer? Partner training is similar to one-on-one training, but you have one other person with you during your training time. You will work together with a friend, teammate or family member who can keep you motivated and accountable with your training—the same as you will do for them.
Learning together about setting long term and short term goals as well as how to stay motivated can be a great experience. Another advantage to this program is a discounted rate per hour of training while still having the focus of your trainer and your goals.
Go find yourself a partner and signup today! Having another person holding you accountable will help you adhere to a program—and it’s FUN!
What to Expect
The first meeting with your trainer will include fitness testing/health assessment. Following your fitness assessment, your trainer will develop a program based on your interests, goals and current fitness level.
Additional training sessions will monitor your progress towards achieving your fitness goals and advise you on your specific technique.
Although a fitness membership will be useful, you do not need to be a member of a fitness center. Specific exercises and conditioning will be tailored to the equipment you have available.

Don’t find yourself sitting on the sidelines with an injury when preventing one is just a phone call away. Every IPSE program includes the ACL screening.
ACL Screening
The majority of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries occur during twisting, jumping and pivoting motions. ACL tears are often non-contact injuries and occur when the athlete is changing direction quickly. Studies show that female athletes are at greater risk for ACL injuries. Experts believe that instituting simple changes in training can lower the incidence of ACL tears.
Athletes will be screened into high, moderate and low risk categories. If you find yourself at a high to moderate risk, please consider buying an individualized IPSE program to address deficits in the strength and coordination of the stabilizing muscles.
Conditioning for Kids
Programs are geared towards pre-pubescent athletes and adhere to sound, age appropriate training principles emphasizing proper technique and gradual progression. Programs are matched to the child’s developmental level. Close supervision assures proper technique is taught and reinforced.
Benefits of Youth Resistance Training:
- Establish proper foundational technique
- Decreased injury rates
- Set a pattern for a healthy lifestyle later
- Use body weight and resistance
- Controlled plyometrics
