- Mid-Level Provider

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide patient care in a clinic setting.
HOURS: Full-time or Part-time. Multiple clinic site locations
QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant. Experience preferred but not required.
- PRN Clinic Nurse

RESPONSIBILITIES:Clinical resource for patients, staff and providers; provides competent patient care including documentation of patient chief complaint, vital signs, etc. Assists with exams/procedures as requested, obtains health history information.
HOURS: Fill in as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: RN or LPN with previous clinic experience preferred. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, must be currently licensed in the state of Iowa.
Must have excellent communication and organization skills. Must be able to perform clinic nurse functions. Must have excellent computer and word processing skills. Must be pleasant and maintain a well-groomed appearance. Must be able to communicate well with patients, providers and staff.
