The HCMH Business Outreach Department will assist employers in maintaining a healthy workforce. Our program offers employers the expertise of a Registered Nurse trained in health promotion and wellness. We can assist you with the following services:
- Blood Pressure Screen
- Cholesterol Screen
- Diabetic Screen
- Immunization Clinics
- OSHA Pulmonary Function Testing
- FIT Testing
- Audiometric Screen
